The TP-DY300 is a single-phase, keypad input, STS-compliant prepaid energy meter. The meter has a variety of smart functions for accurately measuring the energy consumption of commercial and residential customers. Depending on requirements, an optional Customer Interface Unit (CIU) can be selected to communicate with the meter via M-bus, PLC, or RF.

The TP-DY300 is an advanced prepaid energy meter designed for secure and convenient customer-managed energy consumption. Operating on the internationally recognized STS (Standard Transfer Specification) protocol, it facilitates a straightforward prepayment process.
Customers purchase energy credit from an authorized vending network, receiving a unique 20-digit encrypted authorization token. This token is then entered directly into the meter using its integrated keypad. Upon validation, the credit is securely loaded, and the energy supply is enabled. This “keypad meter” system provides utilities and property managers with guaranteed revenue collection while offering end-users clear control over their energy usage.
